Dust Value

Embracing one another’s uniqueness

“When we listen and celebrate what is both common and different, we become wiser, more inclusive, and better as an organization.”
- Pat Wadors

At Dust Value, we believe Diversity shouldn’t be a check-the-box set of procedures and political opinions. When we create teams with diverse backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints, attitudes, and ways of thinking and interacting, we tackle complex situations with collaborative problem-solving and really experience the positive effects of diversity.

Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion have the power to bring forward important societal change

Dust Value aims at fostering a culture that is inclusive and free of discrimination. Diversity can be challenging because it accentuates our disparities. We aspire to include everyone in society, both at work and within our organization. We give people a place to belong, grow, be respected, safe, and valued. It is important to adopt an inclusive and bias-free culture. Diversity & Inclusion isn’t just important in our offices but is an integral part of what we hope to nurture in the global community.

Gender Equality & Women Empowerment

Let's see gender as a spectrum rather than as two opposing sets of ideals.

Every society still has entrenched gender inequalities. Women struggle with a lack of access to decent jobs, occupational discrimination, and gender wage gaps. Our plan of action makes it apparent that we can only help make the changes we desire to see in society, if we concentrate on our workplaces and activities and make sure our own house is in order. At Dust Value, our goal is to ensure women feel supported, appreciated, and respected. By expanding the number of women in managerial roles, including our most senior executive positions, we are actively achieving a gender-balanced workforce.  It is Dust Value’s vision that women and men equally lead, collaborate in, and benefit from integrated and equitable industrial development.

Promoting LGBTQ+ community inclusivity

It has always been more than just a pronoun

Humans have been carrying this obsession of labelling each other implicitly and explicitly for millennia. We live in a world where labels given to us by other people can affect our social status, success, well-being, mental health, and other aspects of life.

Dust Value has internal systems including the hiring process that allows employees to self-identify as LGBTQIA+ and choose their pronouns. This not only permits intelligence gathering on LGBTQIA+ employees but also sends an explicit signal of inclusivity to the entire workforce.

Work Culture and Environment

Our organization’s work culture determines its personality and character. It is what distinguishes our company from others and is the totality of its values, customs, beliefs, interactions, conduct, and attitudes. We strive to establish an environment that values honesty, diversity, and participation in everything we do. Our goal is to weave diversity and inclusion by creating responsible solutions for brands that can celebrate and elevate all users. A positive working environment influences happiness and satisfaction, drives engagement, and draws talents.
