Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In order for both parties to continue to be profitable, the Service Provider and the Client must collaborate to finish the development on schedule. Any cancellation of development requests from the Client should be made within 15 Days of the purchase. In the event that development is halted at the request of the Client, the Service Provider shall be entitled to retain 50% of the entire sum billed for the service as a deposit and development costs. In the event that this amount is not sufficient to cover the Service Provider for time and expenses already invested in the development, an additional payment may be due. The final payment will be expected under the same terms as listed in the agreement. The Client acknowledges that following the conclusion of the design and development phase, the Service Provider will estimate and charge the Client for any additional work that needs to be done. Cancellations of development after the 15th day will not be accepted and no charges will be refunded.
