Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk professional with strong Korean language
skills to provide technical and customer support to our global users.
This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in Korean
- Provide first-level technical and application support
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of helpdesk / customer support processes
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Prior helpdesk experience is a plus
