Job Role: Helpdesk role (Vietnamese Client)

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Communicating and Co-ordinating with the client.
  • Perform a range of work activities to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Co-ordinate small teams delivering basic with company process to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
  • To execute service level agreement and manage relationships with business partners.
  • Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.

Desired candidate profile:


  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Speaking Vietnamese language.
  • Must able to communicate fluently incl. read, write and speak in Vietnamese Language.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Works under supervision. Uses minor discretion.
  • Customer service abilities.
  • Able to to follow instructions and procedures.
